Another Ear Infection....

Yes, Miles has another ear infection. This is his fifth one this year. He has had tubes put in both ears, and his adenoids removed in hopes of preventing these ear infections. The Dr. finally put him on a maintenance dose of an antibiotic - but to no avail, he is still getting them.

We have no idea what to do next - but we are willing to take suggestions!!

Another Soccer Weekend

It was another soccer weekend here at the Bergesons. We where almost blown away in the crazy wind that we experienced, but instead we walked away with wind burnt cheeks. Matthew is really enjoying soccer and made his first goal today. YIPPEEE!!!

Miles thinks he should be playing soccer as well - but he has to wait 2 years. It will be painful for him!!!

Andy played against a team from Ogden. He had one goal, and one goal that was called back. This was a very controversial call by the official and since this goal was called back we tied. 3-3 was the final score. Andy still loves soccer and is the lead scorer for the U12 Premier divison. GO ANDY!

All for $40!

So Andy decided that he wanted a Wii. Of course Mom & Dad decided this would be a great time for him to learn about the value of money. We told him that if he came up with half the money we would contribute the other half. Well he has come up with some fun things to try and get money - but this is by far the best!!
His Aunt & Uncle told him that if he would cut his hair - or rather BUZZ his head, down to a #1 on the razor that they would pay him $40. At first he declined, but then reality of $40 closer to his goal of a Wii set in and he called them up and told them he was game.
Here are the pictures detailing the event.

Soccer is Starting

It's soccer time at this Bergeson household! Andy has started and is the leading scorer for his age group . YIPPEEE!! Matthew is going to have his first game on Saturday. It has been so cute to watch Andy try to teach Matthew how to play soccer in the back yard - of course this is when it isn't snowing! Matthew has decided the easiest way to defend the ball is to just fall on top of it. That way he isn't using his hands, just his belly. It is really funny to watch.

I am including some pictures of my cute family! The first one is Miles - what a cute smile... The second picture is of Andy, Zack (the uncle), and Matthew. These where taken at Nana's.

Another Friday

Or should I say IT'S FRIDAY?!?!?!?

I have had a crazy week as always, work, soccer, soccer, soccerr. It must but soccer season at our house. BUT I can proudly brag that Andy is top in goals so far this season. He is an awesome little player! Matthew will be starting soccer soon, and then we are done for! Miles already kicks a soccer ball around the house, so I am sure he will be playing as well.

It is General Conference weekend. It will be nice to be with family this weekend and enjoy the talks. Temple square looks beautiful as usual this time of year.

I'm still quilting! I had a wonderful weekend at the cabin quilting with friends and enjoying the scenery. I got a top done on a scrappy charm quilt and hope to get it completely finished soon.

I finally finished Coby's alien PJs and he is in love - although I did tell him they don't really turn me on! He loves them. The funky fabric just fits him.

Andy got stuck between the toilet and the tub one day as he was washing his feet. It was hilarious!

Oh well - off to the next event!
